The Greens managed to win Skoda Xanthi with 1-0, thanks to a header of Thelander
Panathinaikos FC won Skoda Xanthi with 1-0 in “Skada Xanthi Arena”, in the sixth day of Super League Greece, and moving on to the forst place of the table.
The winning goal came from Thelander with a powerful header seven minutes before the end of the game, with the Danish defender scoring for the first time in his career with the team.

Panathinaikos FC won Platanias with 1-0 in “Apostolos Nikolaidis”, in the fifth day of Super League Greece, adding another three points to .
The winning goal came from Ajagun with a long shot in the extra time of the first half, whereas in the second half Berg was unlucky to see his effort stop in the crossbar, in the 47th minute.

Panathinaikos FC lost 1-0 from Panionios in Nea Smirni, in the third day of Super League Greece, for the first time in the season.
The Greens conceded a goal, after referee Pappas whistled a supposed to be foul and Steele made a mistake letting Basaketas score form a long range. On the other hand, Zeca was unlucky, with his effort on the 75th minute hitting the crossbar.

Second win in a row for the Greens in Super League Greece, 4-0 against Kalloni
Panathinaikos FC won Kalloni 4-0 in “Apostolos Nikolaidis”, in the second day of Super League Greece, leaving behind him the elimination from UEFA Europa League.
The Greens scored two goals in each half, whereas bad news came from the injury of Ninis, who had to be replaced in the 18th minute. On the other hand, Abeid made his debut with Panathinaikos’ jersey in the game.

After the draw with 2-2 against Qabala the Greens are eliminated in the play-offs of UEFA Europa League
Panathinaikos FC drew against Qabala FK, 2-2 in “Apostolos Nikolaidis”, in the second leg of UEFA Europa League play-offs.
Ninis hit the woodwork, in the 3rd minute in the best chance for the team, whereas Dodo scored for the visitors three minutes later, but Berg managed to equalize in 34’ and Panathinaikos was unlucky for the second time, with the crossbar on a header from Vernydub.
Away win for the Greens against Panetolikos in their first game in the Super League Greece
Panathinaikos FC won Panetolikos with 2-1 in Agrinio, in the first game of the season for the Championship.
The home team took the lead after Steele saved the penalty of Marcos Paulo, but Kapel was able to take the shot and score in the 41st minute. Panathinaikos was able to bounce back and equalize with Karelis, ten minutes later, after the assist from Berg, whereas the later proved to be the golden scorer for “Pana”, six minutes from time!
The Greens win in the first game of the third round of Champions League
Panathinaikos FC took advantage of the home leg as he fought for a hard-earned win in the first leg of their UEFA Champions League third qualifying round tie, against Club Brugge with 2-1.
The Greens were left behind in the score only on the 10th minute, had a missed penalty with Berg on 34’ and saw Sanchez being sent off with a red card, one minute before half time.
